Lesson 2 Review- April 4th Online Questions :)

1) If I worked on 50 bicep curls a day it would benefit a targetted muscle group. Basically my arms would benefit possibly my abs, but not much else. Doing bicep curls on their own is a waste of time. I would need more of a variety. Things such as cardio workouts, leg workouts and abdominal workouts would benefit other areas of my health. Also changing my eating habits, and cutting out intoxicants.

2) If i started using a treadmill for fitness, it would be beneficial  by helping me lose weight/burn fat, energize me and strengthen my heart. To make this more beneficial i could increase the time, add incline and weight.Basically enhance and add to what I am already doing. Also adding other work outs, and healthy eating habits.
